Develop and implement high-value training initiatives that promote organizational change and improve customer satisfaction. Focus on encouraging and inspiring associate’s growth and experience through developing, delivering and evaluating new programs and implementing enhancements within a defined time period.
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
3-5 years related experience with emphasis in training and organizational development. Experience in transformational change; leading, motivating, and managing teams both directly and indirectly to achieve significant, sustainable service improvements and outstanding results.
