The Country Manager’s primary focus is to grow the Vosaic business in the Australasia region.  This will be accomplished by growing the software footprint with existing clients, prospecting for new clients, and managing others as the business grows.  In addition, they will expand relationships with existing customers using excellent service.  The expectation is for the initial focus to be on the current client base, to make sure the Vosaic message is delivered, and new product offerings are communicated.  This position will include travel to clients and conferences plus annual visits to headquarters in Lincoln, NE, USA.  However, most communication will occur via phone, e-mail, internet-based seminars/meetings, etc.   The Country Manager will have responsibility across all all markets and products/services within Vosaic for the defined region.


  1. Build the Vosaic business in Australasia over several years. The following responsibilities will be components of this work:
    1. Understand, support, and up-sell existing customers through education and providing additional product knowledge of software and services or new products and services.
    2. Attend conferences, network, and cold call to generate qualified sales leads across Vosaic markets.
    3. Build a new sales pipeline gradually through the first year of employement
  2. Share information gathered from current and prospect customers as to needs, issues, and ideas to improve current products/services or to assist in potentially developing new products/services.
  3. Forecast and prepare sales plans to achieve sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on new business initiatives.
  5. Create proposals for targeted prospects or existing customers.
  6. Provide expertise and advice to potential prospects and current customers regarding product and service offerings.
  7. Track and manage sales activities using Salesforce sales tracking system.
  8. Target, hire, and manage additional sales and support personel as the client base and pipeline demands.



  1. Can close a sale – face-to-face or over the phone
  2. Excel under pressure and are willing to bet on your own abilities
  3. Can’t stop telling people about something you believe in.



  • Experience with video and multimedia platforms, ideally with Studiocode or Sportscode
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience selling to secondary or higher education



4-year degree or equivalent experience



  1. Ideally, 3 – 5 years of business-to-business sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  2. Sufficient product knowledge may replace the above stated experience expectation.
