Requirements:

 

  • Experience building graphically intensive UIs, managing multiple view hierarchies, and optimizing UI transitions and performance on mobile devices.
  • Extensive experience in organizing and maintaining a common core shared Library amongst various platforms (iPhone, iPad, Android).
  • Experience in working with SQLite or comparable local storage frameworks.
  • Exposure to NoSQL Database solutions (Mongo, DynamoDb, CouchDB).
  • 2-4 years of experience developing iOS and Android apps using the Xamarin framework and toolset (Xamarin Studio and/or Xamarin for Visual Studio).
  • 3-4 years of C# development.
  • Familiarity with Mobile backend as a service(MBaas).
  • Comfortable with cloud services like Azure and AWS.
  • Exposure to cloud base testing solutions i.e. Xamarin Test Cloud, AWS Device Farm
  • Strong knowledge of the mobile device management within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with mobile security i.e. OAuth2.
  • 1-3 years of JavaScript Front-End frameworks: Angular 2, Aurelia.
  • 1-3 years of server-side JavaScript development: Nodejs.
  • Exposure to AWS micro service architect:  Lambda Function, API Gateway, Simple Notification Services
  • Exposure to AWS Mobile Platform: Mobile Hub.
  • Experience in Restful API design and implementation i.e. io.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
  2. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
  3. Work along with web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support
  4. the apps/web.
  5. Work with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
  6. Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences.
  7. Optimize performance for the apps /web.
  8. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree

 

EXPERIENCE:

  1. 2-4 years of experience developing iOS and Android apps using the Xamarin framework and toolset (Xamarin Studio and/or Xamarin for Visual Studio)
  2. 3-4 years of C# and ASP.Net experience
  3. Experience building graphically intensive UIs, managing multiple view hierarchies, and optimizing UI transitions and performance on mobile devices.
  4. Extensive experience in organizing and maintaining a common core shared Library amongst various platforms (iPhone, iPad, Android).
  5. Experience in working with SQLite or comparable local storage frameworks.
  6. Xamarin Test Cloud experience is a plus.
