The Systems Product Trainer for RenWeb is responsible for the training of new RenWeb products and enhancements, as well as existing RenWeb products for all applicable RenWeb clients and associates.  This includes testing of products, proper training implementation, and evaluations for measurable results. This position is accountable for maintaining, growing, and enhancing the training presence.


This position can be located in our Burleson office or can be a Remote position.


  1. Work closely with RenWeb Senior System Product Trainer regarding the learning and development of new products, enhancements to existing products, and compliance standards.
  2. Provide training and instruction for all RenWeb products to clients and RenWeb associates.
  3. Investigate and report product issues to appropriate department(s) found in the testing and discovery phase.
  4. Provide feedback gained during training sessions to appropriate teams.
  5. Evaluate effectiveness of individual training programs through various assessment and feedback mechanisms.
  6. Promote the reputation and credibility of RenWeb System & Product Training team.
  7. Partner with the appropriate departments to enhance the overall training experience for RenWeb clients and associates.
  8. Cross train on additional systems & products to provide necessary backup as needed.
  9. Learn new training styles and media.



Associates or equivalent related experience.  (Bachelor’s Degree preferred.)



  1. Minimum two years’ experience in training or other professional teaching experience.
  2. Some instructional design experience preferred.
  3. Experience with blended learning preferred.
  4. Prior experience in documentation of systems & products preferred.



  1. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to deliver outstanding, professional training programs to applicable internal departments.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Excellent PC skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions.
  6. Able to take initiative when needed.
