Overview

Maintain compliance standards through the completion of various reconciliations, reports and special projects with minimal supervision. Serve as a resource for management and staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
  2. Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
  3. Ensure integrity of data and information.
  4. Perform quality control functions.
  5. Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems.
  6. Perform other tasks related to resolving customer needs.
  7. Minimal contact customers on accounts.
  8. Negotiate transactions in accordance with established laws, regulations, and policies.
  9. Maintain accounts & reports regarding the quality and compliance processes and procedures.
  10. Serve as a resource person within team.
  11. Provide feedback regarding performance observations and recommend resolution/training for identified performance shortfalls.
  12. Handle escalations.
  13. Research and correct issues in an appropriate time period as designated by department standards.
  14. Assist Claims Trainer in skills development classes or additional training projects. This could include the training of new employees.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: 

Associate’s degree preferred. 

 

EXPERIENCE:

  1. 2 years customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems preferred.
