The Content Management Coordinator’s primary role is to coordinate the implementation of customer’s Content Management Services (CMS) and website design.  The Content Management System (CMS) website solutions include School Site (designed for schools) and Faithwebsites (designed for non-profit and faith-based organizations).


  1. Listening to new customers needs and explaining the level of design setup and service plan that meets their needs.
  2. Consulting with customers to collect preliminary website setup content.
  3. Scheduling and coordinating new website projects with both customer and internal teams.
  4. Completing the initial sitemap and home page content setup for new customer sites.
  5. Perform quality control reviews of finished projects.
  6. Continual research for the website and CMS industries ­ especially specific to that of non-profit, faith-based organizations and schools online needs.
  7. Working closely with other team members in Support, Sales and Implementation.
  8. Assist as needed in conducting live trainings with existing customers and/or existing customer retention work.



Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.



  1. Previous experience working directly with customers
  2. Strong experience with internet applications
  3. Previous experience in maintaining or building a website is ideal, but not required
  4. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is beneficial
  5. Inbound marketing experience is preferred, but not required




  1. Ability to build and maintain relationships with new customers.
  2. Service-minded with a passion for people with the ability to listen to customers’ website needs and develop CMS solutions for them.
  3. Strong verbal skills with the ability to present and train.
  4. Strong listening skills.
  5. Excellent written communication skills.
  6. Possess the drive and ability to self-train by constantly researching, learning and staying on top new trends.
  7. Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
  8. Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects under high-pressure deadlines.
  9. Ability to relate and provide instructions to people of all backgrounds, technical aptitude and abilities.
  10. Passionate about providing an incredible customer experience.
