Overview

Be a friendly face for ALLO by educating walk-in customers on the benefits of fiber optics and demonstrating the features of our services.  In addition, prepare equipment orders for installations in our Ogallala market and provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to current customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns and completing general office duties.

  1. Pull, pack and prepare installation orders in an accurate manner
  2. Organize stocks and maintain inventories
  3. Inspect goods for defects and damages
  4. Track inventory in appropriate system
  5. Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
  6. Notify supervisors of problems that are not resolvable
  7. Resolve all other issues at the warehouse level
  8. Restock materials as and when required
  9. Process and package goods in a time efficient manner
  10. Lift up to 50- 75 lbs

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of previous customer service experience, 1+ years of sales experience desired. Previous inventory management experience is a bonus.

  1. Provide an exceptional customer experience
  2. Assist walk-in customers with inquiries by providing information on our products and sell services to potential customers (commission available)
  3. Respond to customer’s questions and concerns regarding their service, trouble tickets, and service orders
  4. Assist in pulling equipment when necessary and preparing paperwork for orders and installs
  5. Interact with staff to ensure that all duties of the office are being carried out
  6. Help with customer service representative projects as needed by the company
  7. Other responsibilities as needed by the company
  8. Prompt response to customer inquiries and concerns
  9. Fulfill duties as needed to ensure all office functions are running smoothly and efficiently
  10. Attention to detail
  11. Organizational skills
  12. Ability to multitask
  13. Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job
  14. Good communication and customer service skills
  15. Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends
  16. Ability to logically work through problems

  19. Manage multiple priorities
