The Title I and III Manager is responsible for the full execution of the Title I contract, including (as applicable) the implementation of the instructional program(s), academic assessment, I.T. hardware and supporting software, and parent education program. This position oversees the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and evaluating of Title I teachers through FACTS Ed Co. This position is also responsible for effecting the details of the Title III services (assisting students/families whose first language is not English) in partner schools. In addition, the Title I & III Manager also communicates with the School Account Manager(s) to ensure a comprehensive service program is provided to improve student learning.
