The Title I and III Manager is responsible for the full execution of the Title I contract, including (as applicable) the implementation of the instructional program(s), academic assessment, I.T. hardware and supporting software, and parent education program.  This position oversees the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and evaluating of Title I teachers through FACTS Ed Co.  This position is also responsible for effecting the details of the Title III services (assisting students/families whose first language is not English) in partner schools.  In addition, the Title I & III Manager also communicates with the School Account Manager(s) to ensure a comprehensive service program is provided to improve student learning. 


  1. Implement the academic instructional and assessment programs, per the terms of the Title I contract.
  2. Establish a communication protocol with the LEA, the school and the School Account Manager.
  3. Establish and maintain a training program for Title I teachers to be implemented by the FACTS Ed Co. Coordinator.
  4. Establish and maintain parent participation event(s), per the Title I contract.
  5. Regularly visit Title I sites to evaluate effectiveness and assure compliance with federal law and contract details.
  6. Supervise the FACTS Ed Co. Coordinator.



  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication or other related field.



  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in education, business or management.
  2. Experience in providing top of the line support for clients, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships.



  1. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with school leaders in a professional manner.
  2. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).
  3. Ability to work as a team player and establish a good rapport with co-workers.
  4. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.
  5. Detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. General knowledge of Title services and well as products in the FACTS Education Solutions portfolio.
  9. General computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite applications.
