Overview

The Title II and IV Manager is responsible for the full execution of Title II and Title IV contracts, including planning for and implementing professional development (PD) events, building and maintaining a PD Speakers Bureau, organizing and publishing a comprehensive PD menu, and supervising the Event Coordinator.  This position also communicates with the School Account Manager(s) to ensure a comprehensive service program to improve teaching and learning. 

Responsibilities

  1. Implement professional development (PD) programs and events, per the terms of the Title Services Contract(s).
    1. Note: PD, according to the US Department of Education Title Programs, can occur as part of the Title I, II, III, and IV contract(s). 
  2. Establish a communication protocol with the LEA, the private school and the School Account Manager.
  3. Establish, maintain and publish a complete menu of PD offerings supported by FACTS Education Solutions, as well as a comprehensive list of speakers, both of which can be used by the regional sales staff.
  4. Supervise the Events Coordinator to assure all scheduled events are organized and delivered in a manner that best represents FACTS Education Solutions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication or other related field.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in education, business or management.
  2. Experience in providing top of the line support for clients, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

  1. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with school leaders in a professional manner.
  2. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).

  5. Detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. General knowledge of the US Department of Education’s Title Programs as they apply to private schools, Title services and FACTS Education Solutions portfolio.
  9. General computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite applications.
