Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of daily scheduled service appointments and dispatching teams of residential service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Keep regular, clear communication with multiple ALLO departments. When necessary, assisting residential customer service representatives with in/outbound customer phone calls, while providing outstanding ALLO customer service in an exciting call-center environment.
The shift will be Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
