Responsible for developing and maintaining financial analysis processes and reporting need for the various business units including monthly financial variances, forecasting, key metrics, and trends.  Assist NBS business segments with the annual budget process, develop standard templates and processes, and provide historical trending analysis.


  1. Responsible for assisting NBS business segments with the financial variance reporting process to allow management to track budget and actual expense information.
  2. Compile and summarize the monthly variance information for executive level reporting – financials. Track information throughout the year to provide historical trend analysis.
  3. Identify and implement improvements in reporting, cost analysis and process with how NBS Finance can be a valuable resource.
  4. Develop and maintain financial metrics and cost analysis for the business segments. Analyze results with explanations for growth and/or decline spikes, changes in trend and budget to actual variances.
  5. Create analysis to evaluate and track the costs of services and to assist in development of strategic plans and monitoring of performance.
  6. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis NBS business segments as required.



Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.




  1. Financial analysis experience, with a proven record of success.
  2. Knowledge of financial concepts relative to profitability and financial ratios.
  3. Knowledge of basic accounting theories and practices preferred.
