Nelnet Diversified Solutions is seeking an Analyst with experience supporting multi-segmented business operations. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on in-depth analytical projects. Candidate will be required to support a diverse range of internal customers to include all back-office processing segments. Workforce planning, analytics, and reporting experience is highly desirable for this position.


WFM Processing Analyst II position will support all back office Nelnet segments (back office processing functions in Loan Accounting, EP/TPD/Claims, FM etc.) to include forecasting, scheduling, workflow analysis, process improvement, and reporting requirements.

  4. Prepare project plans.
  5. Work independently as the lead on projects.

  7. Work with other analysts and management to conduct analysis and solve problems regarding routine & chronic problems.
  8. Acquire knowledge in systems and processes.
  9. Monitor progress of projects.
  10. Participate in and facilitate projects to make improvements within department.
  11. Commit to getting the job done.
  12. Share responsibility of projects with management.
  13. Train within department for the general and orientation modules.
  14. Learn basics of and participate in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects.



Preferred: B.S. or B.A. degree in business management, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience, and 2-4 years of experience in operations.



Experience in the use of standard business software applications, with an emphasis on SQL Server Management Studio (SMSS), and Microsoft® Excel.
