  • Overview

    Primary purpose for this position is to provide program oversight to ensure that all key areas of program responsibility are effectively monitored and managed.  Additionally, serve as conduit between the business leader and product leaders to set strategic direction of program, establish strategies for program to meet organizational growth objectives. Comprehensive understanding of program guidelines to ensure compliance.  


    1. Work with organizational leadership to deliver an effectively run, profitable risk mitigated program
    2. Provide program oversight between business operations, and technology product management to deliver prioritized activities that support volume growth objectives
    3. Maintain high level of program knowledge in consumer loan programs, performing competitive analysis and seeking to deliver high quality best practices
    4. Oversee performance metrics and program analytics to offer council and support to executive leadership when recommending program changes
    5. Support executive management through external program offerings
    6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidance
    7. Partner with Marketing and business leaders to support strategic direction and volume potential
    8. Must create and navigate cross functional teams to deliver expected results



    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field



    Consumer lending helpful

    Project management experience preferred

    2 – 4 years of previous management or supervisory experience



    1. Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
    2. Effective negotiation and communication skills
    3. Strong presentation skills
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
    5. Strong oral and written communication skills
    6. Organized, process oriented, and driven toward measurable results
    7. Solid financial acumen of program and business drivers
    8. Effectively lead, motivate and coach others
