  • Overview

    The Financial / Credit Analyst role will be key to designing and analyzing loan products.  The role will be critical to reporting on and recommending strategy to business leaders.  The analyst will work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to support loan products in both the success of their creation and the performance once created.


    1. Provide training to team of contract requirements.
    2. Manage and direct loan program design and alterations
    3. Understand market conditions and asses risk to product
    4. Ensure compliance with federal regulations.
    5. Analyze loan level detail to understand pricing and risk
    6. Participate in supported divisions’ management and strategy meetings to better know the customers
    7. Provide ad-hoc analysis for business unit senior leadership as required.
    8. Represent and maximize opportunities to improve product offering



    Bachelor’s Degree



    1. 3+ years of related reporting analysis experience, with a proven record of success
    2. Significant experience in reporting, analyzing and reconciling credit data
    3. Project management experience
    4. Exceptional Excel skills



    1. Ability to understand credit as it pertains to loan products

    7. Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies; flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
    8. Excellent presentation skills and report package development
    9. Excellent skills in analytic problem solving
    10. Expert in MS Excel and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint
