Being a customer advocate is the primary responsibility of an ALLO social media specialist. This is a specialized role requiring a wide range of knowledge. ALLO social media specialists know how to handle questions and conversations with potential customers regarding ALLO services, prices, and equipment. During the construction phase, social media specialists are able to effectively communicate and empathize with concerns and issues that are reported. The ALLO social media team also provides tier one troubleshooting for current customers experiencing service issues. The social media team often works closely with a variety of teams and departments, you must be an effective communicator and a team player.
The social media team also monitors ALLO social platforms after hours on a scheduled rotation. In emergency situations (outages and network events), ALLO social media specialists are expected to login and work together until a resolution is confirmed by the ALLO network team.
