At ALLO Communications, we make it our business to do things differently.  From getting a live person every time you call in to tech support, we exist to serve our customers.  We need First Impression Specialists for our Fort Morgan office who are up to the challenge of providing an exceptional customer experience, with every single customer, every time.

 

This position will be located in our Fort Morgan, Colorado office.

You'll often be the author of a customer's very first ALLO experience. You’ll spell out everything from our industry leading technology to our culture as a local, reliable provider. The way you deliver our story will have a lasting impact and they'll tell their friends, and their family, and their neighbors, and the Husker fan the next row over. We've got a good story, and we're looking for the right person to help us tell it.

You’ll be the front-line expert on ALLO Fiber services, billing, and will work to help resolve customer issues.  You’re #1 goal is to ensure customers leave sporting a smile with a spring in their step.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  We hire character and personality.  Awesomeness can’t be learned, but the stuff ALLO fiber is made of can.

 

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:  Being empathetic and having the ability to really listen to customers while working towards a solution is an absolute must.  Whether it’s matching lifestyles to ALLO services or knowing who to contact to resolve concerns, you’ll be the problem solver.  If you’re awesome, love people, and have the vision to turn road blocks into solutions, we’d love to show you the ropes.
