The Facilitation team is a learner-focused group of trainers who are dedicated to delivering effective training to both new hires and existing associates. Facilitators understand the importance of learning styles and use multiple teaching methods in the classroom. Facilitators will work closely with Leadership and SMEs in their assigned content areas to stay current with procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-5 years general work experience preferred including training or course development experience.
