  • Overview

    The Customer Relationship Manager II (CRM II) for RenWeb independently manages responsibilities strategic to RenWeb’s sales and business development goals.  This position prospects and cultivates work within major market verticals such as Catholic Dioceses, focusing on major customers in terms of scope and size. In addition, this position works with client resolutions where there is greater complexity and helps to mentor and train Customer Relationship Manager I’s (CRM I’s) as needed.  The CRM II travels frequently for marketing and business development engagements.


    1. Deliver product-based technical sales demonstrations.
    2. Measure and report on Salesforce pipeline-based opportunities.
    3. Generate Salesforce pipeline reports allowing monitoring and adjustments toward increased production.
    4. Execute marketing events and business development engagements.
    5. Facilitate action items specific to association sponsorships.
    6. Coordinate planning, calendaring and communication for business development.
    7. Manage resources for the Sales Team.
    8. Execute health and wellness research/documentation within Catholic market vertical.
    9. Travel to business development engagements and to marketing events (stage event and/or sub for sales consultants who have scheduling conflicts).
    10. Support sales team with product-based technical sales demonstrations as needed.
    11. Develop school association sponsorship privileges into action items (i.e. scheduling webinars).
    12. Assist with organization of business development planning and details.
    13. Maintain competitive intelligence across the SIS landscape of providers, references for schools and larger accounts (i.e., Dioceses), and current departmental news/updates for team use.
    14. Conduct research on top 5 SIS competitors’ products and services.
    15. Create and deliver monthly webinars for core products.
    16. Determine health/wellness of schools residing in market verticals, which are key to business development goals.
    17. Research and summarize data specific to semi-annual diocesan/district partnership reviews (i.e. school satisfaction; training absorption; product/service utilization; growth statistics; etc.)
    18. Coordinate RFP responses in conjunction with the business development and sales teams.
    19. Perform technical sales reviews in support of and for the sales team at large.
    20. Actively grow a market vertical (i.e., Independent Schools).
    21. Actively work on the retention of a large number of schools.
    22. Develop resolutions for highly complex client needs/issues.
    23. Assist with mentoring and/or training CRM I’s as needed.
    24. Assist with special projects as assigned.



    Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, preferably in Education, Business and/or Technology.



    1. 5 years related experience.
    2. 3-5 years of RenWeb product experience preferred.
    3. Experience in K-12 market preferred.
    4. Successfully meet requirements and show proficiency in CRM I position responsibilities.
