The Customer Relationship Manager II (CRM II) for RenWeb independently manages responsibilities strategic to RenWeb’s sales and business development goals. This position prospects and cultivates work within major market verticals such as Catholic Dioceses, focusing on major customers in terms of scope and size. In addition, this position works with client resolutions where there is greater complexity and helps to mentor and train Customer Relationship Manager I’s (CRM I’s) as needed. The CRM II travels frequently for marketing and business development engagements.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, preferably in Education, Business and/or Technology.
