Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the origination of new customers and the ongoing support existing customers. These interactions happen both over the phone and via walk-in traffic to the store.
Training: 3 weeks Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Shift: Sat-Sun 8am-5pm Mon-Wed 12pm-9pm
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
