Pickers will be responsible for the efficiency and accuracy of filling individual orders with all the correct items per order. Pickers will be held accountable for keeping up with the movement of the order filling process and ensuring that EVERY order is filled correctly to delight our ClassBundl customers. The role involves high attention to detail and an efficient mindset. A team of 6-7 individuals will fill this position, and report to the Floor Supervisor. All team members will start with our core 8:00am-5:00pm, but some shifts will move to an 11am-8pm format in mid-July depending on order demand and availability.
This is a Nelnet temporary position.
Our fulfillment season starts June 14th with 2 days of training and runs through Aug 31st. Fulfillment will begin June 18th filling our queue of pre-orders from May/early June so our fulfillment team is operating at full capacity for the entire summer.
1-2 years job experience preferred.
