  • Overview

    This position is responsible for providing support in the Implementation and servicing of client institutions using RenWeb products and related services. The Implementation Specialist is a support contact for client institutions and responsible for the migration and/or setup of various products.

     

    This position can be in the Burleson, Texas office or the Lincoln, Nebraska office.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide support as part of an overall Implementation Team to an Institution who is implementing one or more RenWeb products/services.
    2. Contact with school(s) to establish implementation timeline(s) and expectations.
    3. Work closely with CSMs, Team Leads and/or the Sales Team to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
    4. Verification and/or completion of the Implementation Checklist.
    5. Coordinate data exchanges with clients and their various information systems.
    6. Work with other operational departments to ensure smooth transition from Implementation.
    7. Provide ideas and analysis in regards to enhancements to current processes and features of new or existing products.
    8. Overall management of technical and operational aspects for RenWeb product implementation.
    9. Provide regular reporting of activities to assigned Team Lead.
    10. Maintain personal spreadsheet, tracking in Support Tool, and other internal tracking required for auditing purposes.
    11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Implementation Manager.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred (four-year degree BA or BS).

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    Three years of experience in product service or implementation.

    8. Ability to effectively instruct customers in the use of computer application and other services.

    10. Strong initiative to get tasks and objectives completed without supervision.
    11. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively lead change.
    12. Ability to work overtime as required, without supervision.
    13. Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize effectively.
    14. Flexibility to cover extended hours as needed.
    15. A positive, can do attitude.
