Works with the Marketing Communications Sr. Manager and others to develop and implement communications strategies and branding activities for Client Services’ customers. Responsible for delivering key, strategic, and consistent messages across print, electronic, online, multimedia, and social media platforms to target client audiences. Supports strategies and executes tactics to raise rates of client acquisition, retention, and cross/up-selling. Coordinates with sales, client relations, and other business leaders on development of business proposals and other client communications.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism or related field or commensurate experience.
