  • Overview

    Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of daily scheduled service appointments and dispatching teams of residential service technicians.  Maintain customer database with current information.  Keep regular, clear communication with multiple ALLO departments.  When necessary, assisting residential customer service representatives with in/outbound customer phone calls, while providing outstanding ALLO customer service in an exciting call-center environment.

     

    This will be located in our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

    The shift available is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

    Responsibilities

    1. Prioritize appointments according to urgency or importance.
    2. Receive and dispatch orders for installation or service.
    3. Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and leadership.
    4. Monitor status of field techs to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
    5. Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
    6. Assist with in/outbound phone traffic, when necessary.
    7. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    High school diploma

     

    EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
    • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience
