Prosper was founded in 2005 as a peer to peer lending marketplace so people can use Prosper to invest in each other in a way that is financially and socially rewarding. Borrowers apply online and institutions can invest in the loans and earn returns, and Prosper services those loans on behalf of the matched borrowers and investors. Recently they have seen how well Nelnet runs their call centers and has asked us to run a smaller version of their own. So this is an amazing opportunity to join a new business line and team within our amazing organization.
Prosper agents will field inbound phone calls, and emails to provide Prosper customers with excellent customer service. This includes questions in regards to their account such as payment due dates, payment amounts, balance on loans, and interest rates. The will also take calls from customers currently shopping for and taking out loans, requiring our agents to know our loan products and how to go about applying for those loans.
Training:5-8 weeks Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Shift: variety between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
