Allo is looking for talented Inside Sales Representatives who are customer focused with a good attitude, self-motivated, confident and competitive. The successful candidates will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Speak to potential customers and current customers about the features, benefits and value of ALLO’s products/services and what differentiates ALLO from its competitors. Build proactive trust relationships. Use open and closed questions to determine potential customers and current customer’s needs. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and competitive developments.
2+ years inside sales experience required – incoming calls preferred.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Proven track record of successful sales experience, strong listening and presentation skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with Sales Force.com or similar CRM.
