  • Overview

    Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the origination of new customers and the ongoing support existing customers. These interactions happen both over the phone, email, and via walk-in traffic to the store. 

     

    The shift available is Mon-Fri 10am-7pm.

    Responsibilities

    1. Process incoming orders for new installation, including provisioning equipment, scheduling with the customer and completing the billing for services rendered.
    2. Complete change of service requests (open service orders and make changes to accounts).
    3. Receive calls from current customers reporting trouble issues. Open trouble tickets & resolve service issues
    4. Receive calls and face-to-face inquiries from potential or existing customers and respond to any questions or concerns.
    5. Provide an excellent customer experience!

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

     EXPERIENCE:

    • 1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.

     COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

    1. Exceptional communication, verbal and written, and customer service skills
    2. Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job and work through problems in a logical manner
    3. High organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    4. Ability to be self-directed and the ability to handle confidential information
