This position functions as a team specialist for boarding merchant accounts and providing subsequent merchant support. Support includes the implementation phase and subsequent servicing of merchant clients using NTS payment processing technology and related services. As part of the Implementation Team this position is also responsible for the quality review, submission, and verification of merchant processing agreements. The Implementation Specialist II, will also assist with the training of new team members, register merchants into card association programs, and work on special projects.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (four-year degree BA or BS).
