The Data Conversion Specialist works with active clients, providing support for the conversion for client data from their prior systems in preparation for migration to FACTS SIS products. This position works in conjunction with a variety of departments throughout Operations, including Implementation, Sales, and Support to provide outstanding service to client schools.
The Account Manager I is an integral part of a team and is primarily responsible for effectively servicing institutions using K12 NBS products/services. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for an institution utilizing SIS, actively managed payment plans, Grant & Aid, and/or other billing services. This position is responsible for over-all management of client accounts, retention of business, and increased utilization of products/services.
The Technical Support Engineer for RenWeb works with active clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting and custom development for FACTS SIS proprietary applications and databases. In providing, third-level support, this position works in conjunction with a variety of departments throughout Operations, including Product Managers, Customer Support, Developers, etc. to provide outstanding technical service to client schools.
The Scrum Master is responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum. The Scrum Master is often considered a coach for the team, helping the team understand Agile Scrum and practice it efficiently. The Scrum Master can also be thought of as a process coach for the team. A Scrum Master’s main deliverable is a self-organizing team.
