The Customer Resolution Advisor is responsible for counseling delinquent customers on student loan repayment and other assistance options.  The Resolution Advisor is responsible for reviewing all available repayment options to the customer and advising accordingly. The Resolution Advisor will need to effectively communicate the importance of loan repayment and the consequences of default. The advisor will be responsible for fielding both inbound and outbound calls.

 

Training Hours: 3 Weeks Classroom Training, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

                                                      AND

                           4 Weeks Bubble Training, Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm

 

 

Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm, with one Saturday a month, 9am-2pm
