The In App Help Administrator creates and develops strategies to meet long range objectives. This position will develop a monthly progress report and communicate it with stakeholders. In addition, it will be responsible for managing the creation, testing, and publishing of in app help. The In App Help Administrator will also create and maintain a help content schedule to meet the needs across all segments of NBS; will interact with a variety of teams to collect and validate information to be included as In App Help; and will onboard various departments to understand and optimize in app product content and use.
This position is responsible for providing support through the implementation process to clients using FACTS products. The Implementation Specialist is a support contact for clients and responsible for the migration and/or setup of various products, training and integration of internal and external services. Products could include, but are not limited to, School Information System (SIS) products, Integrations, and Enterprise platform, as applicable.
Provides daily ongoing deployment, configuration, support, administration, maintenance and technical solutions to various technology components that make up the NBS IT environment.

This position provides guidance, assistance, and support for integration of business software. Includes support for both internal and external customers. Customer communication will include installations, status meetings, change requests, questions, problem solving, documenting, and general support of integrated software.
