This role is responsible for creating, writing, and curating content for multiple communication channels that support the overall client communication, business development and associate communication strategies and initiatives. Also provides editing and proofreading services as needed.   This position requires work in support of the Company’s contract with the United States Department of Education (“ED”).  As such, the United States Government requires that any applicant for this position must complete United States Government security clearance.  Effective June 1, 2018, ED has informed Nelnet that security clearance applications for foreign nationals are not being accepted or processed.  In light of this direction from ED, Nelnet will be unable to hire applicants without United States citizenship for such positions.

Under the Audit Services Manager, you’ll serve an important role assisting in the execution of the annual internal audit plan, planning and participating in audits of various departments and processes. The Senior Auditor analyzes internal controls over Nelnet’s diverse environment including areas such as compliance, operations, and finance. They are looking for someone who is flexible with the ability to multi-task. This team primarily works in .NET and C#. A background in JavaScript is also a plus.
